Collect in Barnes, about two hours
Four to five fillets cut to family sizes across white and oil-rich fish, one kid-friendly item like fishcakes or skin-on salmon, plus a shellfish or smoked add of the week and recipe cards. Cut to order at the Barnes counter, your way, every week.
Bake the fillets with a squeeze of lemon, fry the fishcakes golden and let everyone build their own plate. Enough for a family of four across two dinners.
What is in the box
- Four to five fillets across white and oil-rich fish, cut to family sizes

- A shellfish or smoked line of the week
- Recipe cards
Subject to the market. What the counter holds changes with the market and the weather. When a line is short we pack a close substitute of equal value and write the change on the packing note. For special orders we confirm any change with you before we pack the box.
Keep and storage. The box travels chilled with a gel pack. Unpack it into the fridge as soon as it arrives. Eat fresh fish within a day or two of delivery. Most lines freeze well on the day they arrive.
Cut to order
Tell us how you want it in the order notes. Filleting, pin-boning and skinning are free, by hand at the counter. If you ask for a fish to be trimmed, headed or skinned, the finished weight comes down accordingly.
Delivery and collection
Order by 1pm for next-day delivery across London and the UK. Same-day collection in Barnes, usually about two hours.
Our promise
If it is not right, we make it right. Tell us and we will sort it. Local customers can bring it back to the counter and we will replace it.
