The larger jar of Cooks & Co anchovy fillets, salt-cured and packed in olive oil. Salt curing transforms the anchovy from a small oily fish into a deep savoury seasoning. Melt a few fillets into warm oil as the start of a pasta sauce, blend them into anchovy butter for grilled fish or steak, or lay them whole over a tomato salad. 100g jar.
