The pound pack of John Ross Jr traditional smoked salmon: Scottish salmon cold smoked over oak and beech in the Aberdeen smokehouse's listed brick kilns, then long sliced. This is the entertaining size, serving eight to ten as a starter or twenty to thirty canapes. Take it out of the fridge fifteen minutes before serving so the oils loosen and the flavour opens. 454g.
