The 100g tin of Baerii, caviar from farmed Siberian sturgeon, Acipenser baerii, CITES certified. This is the entertaining size: enough for six or more with blinis, creme fraiche and cold vodka or dry champagne, or a lavish spoonful each over softly scrambled eggs. The grains are small, dark and buttery. Keep on ice once opened and eat within a day or two.
