Raw fish night on repeat. Tuna, salmon and a market fish sliced thin, with rice, nori, ginger, wasabi and soy and a roll-and-slice guide. Subscribe and it arrives every week or fortnight without a thought.
Cook the rice ahead, slice the fish thin against the grain and roll while the rice is still warm. Serves two.

Subject to the market. What the counter holds changes with the market and the weather. When a line is short we pack a close substitute of equal value and write the change on the packing note. For special orders we confirm any change with you before we pack the box.
Keep and storage. The box travels chilled with a gel pack. Put it straight into the fridge when it arrives. This box is cut for eating raw, so eat it the day it arrives.
Cut to order
Tell us how you want it in the order notes. Filleting, pin-boning and skinning are free, by hand at the counter. If you ask for a fish to be trimmed, headed or skinned, the finished weight comes down accordingly.
Delivery and collection
Order by 1pm for next-day delivery across London and the UK. Same-day collection in Barnes, usually about two hours.
