Rendang is Malaysia's slow curry, dark and dry with coconut and spice cooked right down. Nonya Secrets makes this mix in London to family recipes, from fresh-pounded rhizomes with no artificial ingredients. It is traditionally simmered long with beef, and that remains the classic use, though it also does interesting work with king prawns added at the end. 170g jar.
