Nonya Secrets' red curry mix is made in London to founder Maureen Suan Neo's family recipes, built on fresh-pounded galangal, turmeric and ginger with no artificial ingredients. Red curry has the middle heat of the family and takes to shellfish naturally: fry the paste, add coconut milk and drop in prawns or mussels for the last few minutes. Rice, coriander, done. 170g.
