New Zealand greenshell mussels on the half shell, blanched and frozen, 800g. This is one of the largest mussels farmed anywhere, named for the green lip of its shell, and the half-shell format is made for the grill: top each one with garlic butter, herb crumbs or a spoon of chilli dressing and flash them under a hot grill straight from frozen. A box runs to roughly thirty pieces.
