The difference is that Leimer bakes fresh white bread specifically to become crumbs, rather than grinding up leftovers, and the ingredient list stays at wheat flour, salt and yeast. Semmelbrosel is the schnitzel crumb, and it does the same clean, even job on fish: flour, egg, crumb, then into the butter. 400g box.
