The smaller format of La Sovrana's preserved tuna. La Sovrana is a family-run Italian food house with roots in Battipaglia, Campania, supplying London's Italian kitchens. Tuna preserved the Italian way keeps a firm meaty fillet: break it over white beans with red onion and olive oil, toss it through pasta with capers and lemon or build it into a proper tonnato sauce. 190g.
