Kikkoman's soy sauce is naturally brewed the slow way: soybeans, wheat, salt and water fermented with a koji culture for around six months, with nothing added and nothing artificial. Brewing rather than blending is what gives it depth instead of plain saltiness. In a fish kitchen it earns its keep in marinades, dipping sauces and a teaspoon into butter for grilled fish. 250ml dispenser bottle.
