John Ross Jr blends its traditionally cured, kiln smoked Scottish salmon with soft cheese, lemon and white pepper. The smokehouse has cured fish in Aberdeen since 1857 and holds a Royal Warrant, and the pate is a quiet way into that pedigree: spread it on brown toast, pipe it into cucumber rounds for canapes or serve it with warm blinis. Contains fish and milk. 115g pot.
