Grey Poupon has made Dijon mustard since 1777 and still makes this jar in France with 30% mustard seeds and a full 20% white wine, which is more wine than most Dijons carry and you can taste it. Smooth, hot and clean, it is the mustard for beurre blanc, salad dressings and a mustard sauce for grilled mackerel or herring. 215g jar.
