Anchovy fillets cured in salt and packed in oil by Cooks & Co. Cured anchovies are a seasoning as much as a fish: melt two or three into warm olive oil and they dissolve into pure savoury depth for pasta, greens or a roast lamb gravy. Straight from the tin they belong on pizza, in a Caesar dressing or draped over buttered toast. 50g.
