Handmade white fish cakes from the Fabulous Catch Co, a small New Forest producer that runs a zero-waste kitchen and made its name when its crab cakes won a national supermarket competition. These are the classic: white fish and potato, well seasoned, already cooked. Pan fry or oven them until golden and hot through, and serve with tartare sauce and a lemon wedge. Pack of four, serves two.
