A hand-picked box that feeds two, ready in about twenty-five minutes. We pick the pieces from the counter so dinner is sorted the moment it arrives. Open the box, follow the card and eat well tonight.
What is in the box
- A fishmonger's selection from the counter that day, listed on the packing note
- A recipe card
Subject to the market. What the counter holds changes with the market and the weather. When a line is short we pack a close substitute of equal value and write the change on the packing note. For special orders we confirm any change with you before we pack the box.
Keep and storage. The box travels chilled with a gel pack. Unpack it into the fridge as soon as it arrives. Eat fresh fish within a day or two of delivery. Most lines freeze well on the day they arrive.

Cut to order
Tell us how you want it in the order notes. Filleting, pin-boning and skinning are free, by hand at the counter. If you ask for a fish to be trimmed, headed or skinned, the finished weight comes down accordingly.
Delivery and collection
Order by 1pm for next-day delivery across London and the UK. Same-day collection in Barnes, usually about two hours.

If it is not right, we make it right. Tell us and we will sort it. Local customers can bring it back to the counter and we will replace it.
