Tinned Cornish sardines from Sound Seafood, a fifth-generation Plymouth fishing family that owns its boats. The sardines come from the MSC certified Cornish fishery, are filleted to remove most of the bones and packed in a light olive oil. Tinned fish of this order needs no cooking: eat them on hot buttered toast, over a tomato salad or straight from the tin with a fork and no apology. 100g.
