Seafood & Eat It is a family company from Newlyn in Cornwall, and this pate is half smoked mackerel by weight: peppered smoked mackerel folded with whipping cream, horseradish, lemon juice and parsley, thickened with a gluten free crumb. The horseradish gives it a proper lift. Spread it on hot toast or serve it with oatcakes and pickles. 100g pot.
