The 10/15 count of Prim7Stars wild-caught tropical Atlantic prawns, headless and shell-on, 2kg. Ten to fifteen per pound is the working size for curries, rice dishes and paella: substantial enough to matter, plentiful enough to share around the pan. Peel before cooking if the dish needs it, and keep the shells for stock, which is half the reason to buy shell-on. Frozen.
