Whole raw crevettes at a 20/30 count, frozen in a 2kg catering block. Crevettes are cooked and served in the shell, head on, which is where most of the flavour lives: split them and grill flat with garlic butter, or poach and pile them on ice with mayonnaise for the centrepiece the French call a plateau. Thaw slowly in the fridge and cook the same day. 2kg.
