Perello roasts locally grown Largueta almonds and smokes them lightly over beech wood. The Largueta's high oil content carries the smoke well, so the flavour is rich rather than acrid. These are serious aperitivo almonds: set them beside olives, a sliver of cheese or a plate of anchovies and they hold their own. 150g pack.
