Caperberries are the fruit of the caper bush, picked after the flower rather than before it, which makes them milder and rounder than capers. Perello pickles these in vinegar with whole garlic cloves and leaves the stalks on, so they eat like a sharp little olive. Serve them with smoked fish, fried fish or a vermouth. 345g jar, 180g drained.
