Ortiz Tuna 250g

Bonito del Norte is white tuna caught in the Bay of Biscay during the summer season, and Ortiz has been putting it up in olive oil since 1891. The flesh is pale, firm and fine-grained, a different animal from everyday tinned tuna. Packed by hand in a re-closeable 250g tin. Fold it through a salad of white beans and red onion, build a proper salade nicoise or serve it simply with roasted peppers and good bread.
