Surani is Nonya Secrets' tamarind-based sauce, made in London to founder Maureen Suan Neo's family Malaysian recipes with no artificial ingredients. Tamarind brings the sour backbone that South East Asian fish cookery leans on: simmer white fish or prawns in it for a quick sour curry, or use it as the base of a tamarind glaze for grilled mackerel. 170g jar.
