Nonya Secrets makes its sauces in London to the family recipes of founder Maureen Suan Neo, handed down through generations of Malaysian Nyonya cooking, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. The sambal mix is the workhorse of that kitchen: a pounded chilli base ready to fry with prawns, squid or greens. Sambal prawns need only this jar, a hot pan and rice. 170g.
