Brown crab meat from the Newlyn Crab Company, picked from the body of Cornish brown crab at their works beside Newlyn harbour. Brown meat is the flavour engine of the crab: richer and softer than white, it varies naturally with the season from light cream to deep orange-red. Use it for bisque, crab butter, dressing sauces and anywhere a dish needs to taste more of crab. 500g.
