Large Castellano chickpeas cooked slowly by El Navarrico in Navarra with water and a little salt, nothing else. They come out of the jar tender and whole, a different texture from the tinned standard. Warm them with spinach and smoked paprika, blitz them into a smooth hummus or add them to a broth with prawns and garlic. Ready to eat. 700g jar.
