El Navarrico is a family conservera in San Adrian, Navarra, three generations in, and these judion butter beans are the jar cooks pass around like a secret. Very large white beans cooked slowly with only water and a little salt, silky inside with skins that stay intact. Warm them with olive oil and greens, or fold them into a stew of clams or chorizo where they drink up the juices. Ready to eat. 700g jar.
