Tabasco's green sauce, made by McIlhenny with 30% jalapeno pepper. It is considerably milder than the original red, so it seasons rather than burns: a fresh sharp heat that suits fish tacos, ceviche, avocado on toast and grilled white fish. If the red bottle is a full stop, the green one is a comma. 57ml bottle.
