The original Tabasco, made by the McIlhenny family on Avery Island, Louisiana since 1868 from three ingredients: tabasco pepper mash, distilled vinegar and salt. The mash is aged for up to three years in oak barrels before blending, which is where the depth behind the heat comes from. A few drops on a raw oyster is one of the oldest pairings in the seafood world, and it still wins. 57ml bottle.
