Laudemio is the Frescobaldi family's extra virgin olive oil from their Tuscan estates, pressed from early-harvest Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olives within hours of picking. The name was the medieval term for the pick of the harvest, the share reserved for the landowner's table. It tastes of cut grass and artichoke with a peppery finish, so treat it as a finishing oil: over grilled fish, white beans, soup or good bread. Never the frying pan. 500ml.
