North Sea brown shrimp from Klaas Puul, the Dutch shrimp house of Volendam. These are the small sweet shrimp of the shallow North Sea, cooked and cooled on board the cutters soon after the catch, then peeled. Firm, delicate and gently sweet, they are the shrimp for potting under spiced butter, scattering over sole or piling onto buttered brown bread with lemon. 100g, ready to eat.
