Brindisa Tom Gazpacho 1L

Brindisa's gazpacho is 82% tomatoes with cucumber, peppers, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar, blended and nothing else added. It is a chilled soup, so serve it cold in glasses or bowls with a thread of olive oil on top. A litre serves four. On a warm evening it sits naturally before grilled fish or a plate of prawns. Keep refrigerated and use within five days of opening.
